How Do I Sign The Contract?
I am about to do the first of my deals.
But going in, I'm trying to get an idea of how to sign the contract.
For example: Say I acquire a house subject2.
If I want to flip it, then do I sign the Subject2 contract as my S-Corp, or an LLC?
Where do I place the deed, in my S-Corp or LLC?
Since with subject2 you actually get the deed to the house, it is my understanding
that it is difficult to get the house out of the Corp without heavy taxes.
