Has Anyone Escalated A CHL Short Sale To OOP And Had And Luck?
I do several short sales but Countrywide is getting worse and worse and now they are saying 4 months from the time the docs are logged to an analyst and when they realize they they are behind the 8 ball they just reassign to a new rep ad it starts all over. I deal with just about every bank out there and have had great luck with them besides TBW, I am getting nowhere with CHL, anyone have any advice?
