Double Close/ Land Trust/ Assignment
I have been doing short-sales as a fulltime job for about 9-months and have closed a few deals.
The fees I have collected have been via assignments outside of the hud-1
I have read thru this forum and tried to understand Double closes and the best way to allow my investors to"finance" my fees, and im still scratching my head. I have closed with financing and an assignment , however i cant roll my fees into the end buy/investors loan. also a doble close i wouldnt have to disclose my fees ?
Is some-body on this forum actually closing with double closes? if so please share you proccess and please be as detailed as possible.
