Does Anybody Have Experience With TCS Foreclosures

I am considering paying for the short sale training program offered through TCS. Just wondering if anybody has any feedback positive or negative.

One of my partners did last year before we teamed up. They expected her to do all the work, and write a fee to pay herself into any juicy (70% of FMV and less) deals. She paid for her own O & Es, even did some property clean ups. No one ever did buy any of her deals. She was new and naive, but felt exploited, never made a dime, and demanded her $5000 back. They gave it to her. They did give her leads, but they were the same ones she could find online on the local newspaper-of-record.

What are O & E s. I am not familiar with that term. To me the value of their program lies in the access to the network of investors. Are you saying that your partner found several deals that were at 70% of FMV and was not able to get any buyers through the investor network.

What is your ultimate goal in taking the short sale training? I have found that you will make more money as a listing agent that knows how to succesfully list and negotiate a short sale rather than trying to find "a good deal" and flip it to an investor or acting as a buyers agent on a short sale. there are many people that are trying to take advantage of the market and naive and desperate agents and homeowners. be very carefull! there are some very good programs available depending again on what your goals are.

Thanks for that post. That certainly is good insight for anyone that might be considering an investment in their program.

    RU36...

Uh, right. The fact that TCS has to constantly do damage control on the web says it all. You work there? Which rep are you?

RU36...if you have nothing to hide, then you have nothing to hide, so please tell us your name and extension number so that you can give your sales pitch to any investors here interested in checking out TCS opportunity.

Also, RU36, what is your response to "loon" and "newkidintown"?

  • RU3619th October, 2008

    My reply to newkid?

They called him and followed up. Perhaps they pushed him too far or a sales rep called too many times. Nothing more. So what do you want me to say? A sales rep on commish was maybe a little too aggressive? OK. Next?
