Can A Small Inheritance Really Go A Long Way?
Hello to all,
Recently I received a small inheritance of about $3300 and have been told that such a small amount could be invested in real estate. I will soon be relocating to the Miami area in about a month and would like to know if anyone in that area could advise me as to whether or not it is possible to take a small amount of money ($3300) and invest in real estate. I was told about wholesaling properties and have done some research but need much help. If anyone is willing to advise me, I would really appreciate your time and input. Any help from anyone (outside of Florida, as well,) would be such a blessing to me and I thank you in advance. Cheryl
If I had 3300 bucks I'd be rich! You can do so much with 3300 dollars. I mean, you really don't need money at all to invest in real estate. I'd suggest checking out Subject To investing, Lease Options, and Wholesaling. Those are some really great was to invest in real estate with little or no money out of pocket. If you got real ambitious, you could pay a mentor 3300 to teach you the right way to manage a rehab and do those. One rehab should get your a profit of at least 15K. And, you can finance those with hard money loans.
Just read this website site and you'll soon figure out what you want to do.
Cheers!
