Average Lender Costs
I am putting together a little (free) report on estimated lender costs for various activities. I am looking for input on costs to the lender for being involved in default notes going to
1. Foreclosure
2. Bkrupts (all ch)
3. Probate
4. Any month past 3rd in arrears
5. <add others here!>
We are wanting to compile costs per process and what the real or actual costs are to the lender and what they
declare in charges to the owner.
These will be used to further improve the accuracy of SS offers to the lender. So if after a 6 month lapse in payments and a 4close pending check the tables and factor into your numbers.
We are very interested in information direct from the lenders. Please post your state as costs vary.
