Shortsale Or Wholesale?
Question for you pros out there...
What do you think, shortsale or wholesale? For the shortsale, I'm assuming that some sort of equity or cash is needed by the person assigning (me in this situation) or can it be done like a wholesale, if worded correctly in the contracts? I have a lot of leads, and I don't know if Im better off with shortsales, or Wholesales, what do you think?

You can utilize a short sale acquisition strategy, then either keep as an investment, or sell.
