Step 1.
Get the owner to sign a sales contract with you.
Step 2.
Have the owner sign an authorization to release information.
Step 3.
Fax Auth. to Release to bank.
Step 4.
Spend 30 minutes (or longer) finding out you had the wrong number to fax the form to.
Step 5.
Call and get the correct number and re-fax the Auth. to Release info.
Step 6.
Call back in 24-48 hours to confirm they received the form and begin the process.
