Short Sales And Wholesales
Hey, I don't know nothing about short sales other than you can get houses cheaper. Anyway, can you wholesale a short sale? I don't figure you can but it never hurts to ask.

Sure you can. It will need to be well orginized and a buyer will need to be located quickly when the bank is ready to sell. It is challenging sometimes to request your end buyer to hold out for an extended period of time waiting on the bank to move on the deal. That is the biggest challenge I have faced on some of my transactions.
