If you go thru the archives, they are worth their weight in gold. My forte is constrcution/rehab, but thru this forum I got the "jist" of SS.
Read the posts & articles on this site & get to work! I just completed a SS (3,400 vs 24k) just by doing it (w/info of course). If the lender is desparate or tired of the loan they will accept low ball offers (such as mine) to get rid of the headach loan.
