Short Sale Question

First, when does a title company enter into the picture in a short sale? Is it any different than a normal purchase.

Second, what is the best way to deal with junior lein holders?

    If I'm serious about a particular property... I'll get the title folks working immediately. Why? You've got to know what liens are against the property and/or the Seller.

    As far as the "best way" to deal with junior lienholders... cash is king.
