Could anyone suggest their best books or course that they have read in the subject of short sale or pre-foreclosure?? smile

    I can't comment on the subject matter of the course, but you might look up the one member of this board who goes by the name TheShortSalePro. I think that investor has a course out. Again, I can't comment on the material because I haven't read it. I hope that helps.
