Short Sale Net Sheet
I am about to do my first short sale on a property.
Can I include on the netsheet a relocation fee to be given to the owner? She wanted $2000.

You can include it, but in all likelihood, the mortgagee will reject it. Hopefully, they'll counteroffer. Typically, the short sale seller cannot receive any proceeds from sale... unless it's an FHA insured mortgage loan in which case the Seller may seek an 'incentive' to participate in a PFSS.

It is christmas and you have good desires. I think that there would be nothing stopping you personally from helping her out with your share of the profits..
