Anybody care to share what exit strategies people are using to legally profit using a short sale setup?
Thanks for the info. I found one of the lenders that will fund the "A to B" transaction as long as the "B to C" funds immediately after. More specifically, how are you finding the actual end buyer? Realtors? Marketing?
Neutral, I work SS as an agent. I see short sales largely as a buy and hold investment. I do not regularly see SS with enough room to flip.
