Short Sale-all Cash?-mortgage?
Im new to this and i have a question.You can only negociate with banks for a short sale only if you are paying cash for the amount ?or can you also negociate if you are getting a mortgage to buy the property?

Though cash is king... as long as you are prepared to close within 30 days from written, mortgagee approval... you can rely upon mortgage finance.
I have started my own business and right now directing a lot of effort into short sales. Although I just started I expect to be presenting short sale offers to various institutions before long. I am hoping to nail down more than one at a time. Is there anybody out there who will loan out the financing and take back a nice profit once the property is in control and flipped? I guess I am looking for references if this is possible.
