Short Sale 90 Days?
I am in the beginning stages of a short sale and the bank informs me that they wont except any short sales unless I can show proof of at least 90 days of listing at fare market value. Any way around this? thanks for the help
This is where your realtor comes in. I am sure he has some suggestions.
