Hi,
Are there any newbie San Francisco or east bay Real Estate investors out there? I'm also very new and would like to discuss real estate investing with others.
I know of the BAWA REI club, but it's in Sonoma and I would like to get together with people locally.
You should consider trying the BAWB. It meets in Mill Valley, which is just north of the Golden Gate. It is very imformative and you will meet many people that are excellent sources of information.
