Setting Upan Llc
I need info on how to set up an LLC to purchase property for an investor that I will rehab for them and then will sell for them.
They live in a different state so I need to be able to buy and sell the property in there name.
Can they set up a company that owns the right’s to the LLC or how does this work and what are the best ways to do this from a tax standpoint?
