Setting Up A Land Trust
Hello All,
How much approx. does setting up a Land Trust in a sub2 deal cost ? I am based in NJ however, I am ssuming that this cost maybe identical in all the states.
Can I/my spouse be a Trustee of this Trust ?? or it has to be appointed by some legal procedure ??

You can speak with an attorney, or just purchase a book on it. You might want to see if your local RE investment associations has classes on the topic, or a member who teaches about it. Usually it is better to get the knowledge yourself upfront, it will get cheaper in the long run.
