Service People And Contractors As BirdDogs
I would like to send out letters to local Contractors, Repair Poeple, etc. to let them know I am a Real Estate Investor interested in purchasing properties, that I am looking for "eyes and ears" and that I will pay a substantial fonders fee for any deals they lesad me to, etc. I envision sending a letter and following up with a phone call introduction in a couple of days. Suggrestions? Comments? Does anyone have input on a letter they have used? Thanks!
