Hello everyone I have my first rehab on the market now, and as soon as that sells I will officialy be an investor. But right now I am looking to network as much as possible. I am always looking for new deals in new markets, or ways to invest. If anyone has anything they want to share I would love as much feedback as possible.
I would say you are an "investor" already. You do not need to wait until your first rehab sells to call yourself that. Just my opinion. Congratulations on the first.
