I have a Fleetwood single-wide still under warranty I wish to sell. I do not own the land, but can purchase it. I cannot seem to find a realtor. I can afford to let it go if someone will assume the payments - any advise out there?

    I can advise with more info!

    Such as, where is it located?
    What is the payoff?
    What is the mortgage payment amount?
    What Year is it?

    Is everything current on it, mortgage and lot rent if on a lot?

    Is it vacant?

    Mark - 1999 Fleetwood singlewide, 16 x 80 - located 25 miles outside Savannah, GA in a woooded area just outside the tiny town of Pembroke, GA. everything is current as to mortage ($298.13 per month) and land, which is $200 a month and no lease, so it can be moved at any time. Taxes, etc all current. It is currrently occupied(by me and my son.) I owe $23,000 on it. Greenpoint Mortgage has the loan, if this matters.
