Okay. Can someone tell me the best way to do this. A Lady is in the process of relocating out of state. She owes three years of back taxes (approximately $8100).

The house was appraised at $240,000 and she owes about $170,000. She is willing to sell it for what she owes on it (in other words, Seller Finance it).

Any Recommendations of the best way to go about it?

Can anyone please tell me what the usual seasoning requirements are when selling a note?

I was thinking that most would require that you hold the note for 1 year before selling it but I was wondering if any of you knew otherwise.

    Thanks in advance!

yes, I have done realy well. It just takes finding the
right buyer as far as I am concerned. Sellers are
eveywhere, so are brokers, but a good buyer
    is hard to find.
