Selling Land To A Related Entity That Will Develop It?
Any ideas on buying a piece of land in one entity and selling it to a related entity at FMV and taking the cap gains in the land investment entity while getting the increased basis in the developers entity? Obviously trying to save some SE tax, but still cant nail down any related party issues..thanks.
