Selling Land Question
someone just offered to buy my lot and I agreed (will be writing the offer tomorrow. i owened the lot for little over 2 years. my question how would the capital gained be taxed on land. and would LLC or S-corppration creation would help with taxes, this year I got hit pretty good becasue all capital gain was under my personal name.
