I have a house under contract and my ad is running in the news paper. Owner wants to put a sign up to get more advertising exposure.. Is there anything wrong with this? Where can I purchase a sign?

Yuo can buy signs just about anywhere, walmart, kmart, ebay, officemax, etc.
And yes, you should certainly put up a sign along with the newspaper ad, in fact, I would try the sign before I spent money in the newspaper
