Security deeds or Trust deeds
Hello everyone. I am new to the note busines. Not new to the investing business. I have the Carlton Sheets program. There is something that I do need though. I have been searching the court house records trying to find seller-financed properties to create a list for my mailing purposes to get my name out there. I don't know how to read the documents there. How do you know if there is a note that has been created? All of those codes that are on the documents, what do they mean? I am totally lost. Can somebody help me please?
