Section 8
I have heard good things about renting property under section 8. The idea of having the gov. pay most or all of the rent sounds great.
Can anyone with knowledge in the area give me pros / cons?
I am a newbie who is studying real estate through a fundamentals class right now. I will possibly become an agent then maybe broker,.but my goal is to get into REI

Just review the previous posts in this forum. There are at least 609 topics in this forum alone that reference Section 8. From these posts, you should get a fairly balanced view of the pros and cons of Section 8 landlording.
