Section 8 Question
yes my question is...would HUD or the state give me a loan to buy a rental property in a low income city in new jersey to rent out to section 8 tenants...sry for the low details any help is appreciated
thanx for the fast reply...i was thinking of investing in camden or woodbury NJ...so your saying to either write a letter or call the city halls for a grant or loan...now if they gave me a grant what does that actually mean...like a loan were i pay back or just a grant to try and help me get started or what...thanx for any help
