which would choose as a first time investor a section 8 home that breaks even or condo with a tenant in that has a tenant in it but losses 1000 year.
I can raise the rent on the condo to break even or profit range
the condo is 85k and the section 8 duplex is about 180 but I may get it for 165K
I think the condo will appreciate more
both properies are in tampa florida
