Section 8 Inspections
I have heard a few horror stories about how hard it is to get a house to pass the section 8 inspection in my locality. My property manager says that he has seen a new house fail. Anyway, I have a few fixers under contract and was planning on doing the bear minimum in repair. I was trying to let some solid but sloping floors ride. Anyway, what has been your experience regarding section 8 inspections. Are they really that tough?
