Section 8/HUD and Lead Paint Regulations
I am finally getting close to closing my first deal. It is in a low income housing area in Baltimore. I plan to rehab and rent to section 8. Ive been trying to get the Maryland regulations on lead based paint but they never return my calls. Is anyone familiar with how strict are they. What is the cheapest way to deal with it so that it complies with the regulations?

Maryland this is where Title 10 was started. Title10 is the hud lead standard.
And they change their regs often, you must find out what the standard is for Exterior LBP encapsulation,Enclosure Ect.
