SECOND Mortgage
Hi!
Does anyone know how I can get a second mortgage for 600K? PP is 2.5 million. Multiunit investment property for cheap!
Goal: Get first lien for 1.9mil and SECOND lien for 600K.

There are companies that will do it, but they will only go up to a certain percentage of FMV of the property. Also it wont be cheap. There are some listed here on the site. Just click on the tab at the top of the page marked Lenders, anyone listed as 100% LTV will have secondary lenders at there diposal.
