Searching For A Mentor
I would like to have a Mentor in the Palm Beach County area of South Florida. I am willing to put in research time, computer search time, actual research on properties for any investor willing to take me on. I am dedicated, able and competent. Would like to hear from someone in my area willing share knowledge for my free ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** have attended Flrei meetings, devoured 5 books on foreclosures, been online with preforeclosure info, Lis Pendens, visited the Court House Sales. I need someone who is experienced to teach me/share with me the behind the scenes to getting in a successful bid for properties. I am a fast learner and willing to do the work required. What kind of deal have you come across? Any luck so far? Are you looking to do fixer upper or lease option and subject to? Do you have good credit?
