Screening Sellers Over The Phone/info Sheet
Goodmorning everyone,
Does anyone know where and how I can obtain a list of questions I need to ask when first contacting potential sellers over the phone? I have already observed whats under the freebies section and haven't found what I'm looking for.

What exactly are you looking for? The best thing you can do is gather this information. Some of the questions on the freebie sheet are detailed about the sellers financial posistion.
The best part about this is that if they are not willing to divulge this information then they are not a motivated seller, and will not give you the profit you are looking for.

How would I gather info if I don't know what to ask?? So I'm interested in finding or someone passing on a composed list of pertinent questions or a phone script that I could look to for guidance when talking to motivated sellers on the phone. "Seller Information or Fact Sheet", I want to make sure I'm asking all the right questions in order to competently provide information to the investor. I hope this is more clear.

I have a sheet that was complied from several very successful investors. Email and I will send it to you. It is a MS Word doc so it is easy to load and use. Se my profile. 8-)

Try looking at what some of the "We buy houses" websites ask for. Most have detailed forms requesting info from potential sellers. Modify to fit your needs. That is what I am going to do.
