Scott Risters Wholsaling Course
I was wondering who has purchased Scott Risters course "Instant Cash Wholesaling Properties" and what they thought.
He seems to be very knowledgable in that field just by reading his articles. Can I get some info from someone who has the course,what they thought, How much profit etc....!! I'm just trying to research before I buy, I'm from the
PBREIC.

You really don't need his course to get started. That $300 could be used more effectively somewhere else, like advertising or promotional materials for yourself.
I found a program that's 80% less in cost and it focuses almost entirely on the meat and potatoes of the flipping method of wholesaling. It's the best wholesaling program I've come across. PM me and I can give you the info.
Once you complete a few deals, it may be worth it to invest in Rister's course to learn more strategies, but right now you can do without it.
Any course you can get your hands on is good! You will pick up a thing or two from each one. I would recommend Ron Legrands wholesale/retail program.
You can buy it on this site. Go to "shop" and look under "Consignment". These
three courses use to retail for around
$3500.00 each, believe me I know!
