School Board Hires Law Firm to Collect Delinquent Real Estate Taxes
The Ringgold School Board has hired a law firm that promises to collect delinquent real estate taxes from 2004 faster and intends to pass the collection costs on to violating residents. At a special meeting Thursday, the board hired Portnoff Law Associates, of Philadelphia, to collect more than $800,000 in delinquent property taxes owed to the district from 2004.
