San Francisco Bay Area Investor's - GREAT LEAD!!!
I have talked with an owner who wants to sell his investment property ONLY because he's tired of making TWO MORTGAGE PAYMENTS.
The owner's open to a Lease Option. But the potential L/O Tenant I had lined up has just told me that someone whose opinion he really respects, has advised him not to go forward with the deal.
I do loans for a LIVING (Licensed) and I've seen this guy's credit and know that NO Conventional Lender will give this guy a loan without a substantial down payment.
So the fact that he could get into this property and possibly refinance into a loan within a year seemed like major leverage to me but...
So, if there are ANY investor's out there who has L/O Tenants already lined up and wants a property in Oakland, Ca. let me know.
