San Diego Flips Declining
Hi Again!
I have another question...I've been looking into the Datawquick website and found that median sales values have declined sharply in almost all zip code areas of the city over the past month.
Looks like things are not heading in a good direction. The only zip code areas that I could find that are stable or going up are in the higher priced areas of town - those out of my price range.
So I am having second thoughts about this flipping plan. I am wondering if I should slow doen and look only for distressed properties - which of course, would be a much more laborious process. Any opinions??
