Would someone be kind enough to give me a sample voice mail script that my sellers will call to and a another one for my buyers. it's for a 24 hr rec. mesg.

Why not just answer the phone when they call....especially when sellers call. If you can't do that, hire someone to take the calls.
On the buying end, IF you don't answer, just tell them to leave a message and which house they are interested in, that's if you are too busy to answer of course.
Messages suck. If John Locke can answer the phone when we call, I'm pretty sure we can too. If your on vacation, sure, do the message thing, but until then, answer the phone.

We exist in the 'I want it now' age and business owners must deliver the level of service the customer expects. Otherwise, as an owner, you will be left behind.
