It is a way to get your money back it you purchased a tax lien and there is a problem discovered. In my situation, I purchased a lien at an auction but the assessed value was much more than it should have been because a fire destroyed the house.
If I submit a sale in error form, I can get my money back and not have to try to redeem the property.
There is no sale in error form. You need to prove that the assessor has made an error other than the value of the property. If it was assessed as a house, but it is no longer a house that is your route. Good luck!
Have not heard that form name. What are the circumstances and what are you trying to accomplish?
