Sale Date Approaching

I have aquired a property and the sale date is in eleven days...Can I still reininstate the loan or do I have to pay the entire judgement amount. Please advise. Thank you in advance!

    Panic, thank you for your response! The property is in Polk County. I will contact the attorney and request the amounts asap. Thanks again! I was not to sure on the time line that I had to reinstate.

    I will contact you soon, maybe we can do lunch this week.

    it depends on who filed first is the one that own the property, if you mean it has been foreclosed on.
