Has anyone else seen the same trend I see by this guy? If the responses aren’t bordering on illegal activities, then they are trying to pick a fight with other responders or at least trying to be argumentitive with the site.

    N,

I figure you should add "Ignore" to that list, because if this board had a "Wit", he would be a "Half Wit" and whomever tried to respond to his posts would be the other "Half".

I just could stand no more.

He asked why his post was deleted on the commercial forum.

Since I am not on the Commercial side per se, I did not delete your post, however I will tell you your answers to posts are the poorest excuse I have seen of being close to accurate.

Look to have more of them deleted, as I would not want to see some new person think you new anything about creative real estate investing and take your advice.

Bet you are glad you asked.

I think more of his garbage and misinformation should be deleted before someone gets into trouble.

    Nancy,

I fixed this bug this morning. Apparently it is only crapping out on user posts that had quotes residing in them, and/or double quotes.

    It is fixed now.
