    Hello Faithful,
It isn't hard really to do this business. Don't buy into all the hype and selling though. Do not use the internet to find or sell notes directly. Find quality notes and find an investor who will buy your notes. Easier said than done I know. Contact me for more info.

HI, I bought the WITCFB from Russ D. and I found it informative. But it lead me to look deeper into REI and that's what lead me to this site. I'm having more fun with this site than with the theirs. I've found out a lot more and is more excited about what could happen.

    Hello, All
Try advertising in your local area news papers, Bulletin boards at grocery stores let realetors and investors know what your business is and who ever brings you info on a note give em a finders fee from between your spread. Oh and follow up once every 2 weeks or so they'll know your not a fly by night type of business. they may know someone who knows someone, ect, ect. Your business card and word of mouth is and still is one of your best advertisments.
    Hopes this helps you.

Don't know anything about the program....but I hate the name.

Isn't any successful business a "cash flow business"???

Every time I see it the name rubs me wrong. Sorry. Just wanted to gripe!

Hi, I purchased the WITCFB and I found it informative, but that was about it. I, did, however find someone who dealt with notes and I am now working "with" him. It's a start, but the note business is hard. But this site seems better than most.

    Thanks

Well, I do bought his program. The only thing he wants to sell the program even though the same program only with different outline and price. I found him to be flake,

I too bought WITCFB. Learned some good information. Made a few contacts and almost sold a note. It seems quite difficult to convince people that their note is not worth what they perceive as it's face value. Another thing - I tried to enroll in their mentoring program. That was a major waste of time. The consultant kept going over and over and over the same questions (from a poorly written script) and basically just wanted to sell me more products instead of walk me through my first 5 deals. I haven't given up yet. I think there's still money to be made selling notes but WITCFB has definitely lost it's luster.

I havent gotten it yet, but I bought a copy of it off ebay for about 50 bucks from someone running a REI club that bought extra. I cant see paying all the money they want for it. I got it mostly for the cd thats with it. I may be wasting my money, but then again may be some good insight.

I get emails 2-3 a week with consumer updates rating his biz pretty low... i dont think much of his program or srevice...

I purchased the course. It did wet my appetite. I found the info to be ok but seems like the material was not arranged logically.

Before I even received the course, they tried to sell me on the mentor program. This guy was very rude, tried to ask me 5000 questions about my financial situation before I had even received the material.

Seems like he more concerned with selling his products, than seeing you succeed. Just 2 cents...

I bought the course for $40 instead of $120 from Russ's 800#, siting that I was looking for one the "damaged" ones. It came new, however, that was the best part of his course. His information was lame and now I get emails 2 or 3 times a week. I also get calls from his people trying to sell the "mentoring", what a joke!
I did try to do it, and it is VERY difficult to get anyone to be interested in selling their notes.
    My 2 cents.

Im not too fond of the discussion forum on the site. Sometimes they give good advice, somtimes it seems that people that ask questions get badgered.

Also, I dont like the little thing they try to tell you in the course about getting 125 if they say no...seems a little unethical.
