Round Robin Auction And Short Sales

I am planning to use the "How to Sell Your Home in 5 Days" round robin auction method by Bill Effros to find the buyers for my short sale properties. Has anyone done this? Any comments on how to make it work the best way?

Also, I am thinking of combining two properties on one weekend, since they have similiarities, will have the same buyer pool, and are at the same stage of negotiation for the short sale. Has anyone done this, and with what result? I think the hardest challenge will be keeping everything straight! Any ideas? Thanks.

Can you tell me how this worked out for you? I am interested in doing a round robin and need help for a property in Phoenix.

I held the round robin, had all investors, none of whom would come even close to the bottom line the bank wanted.

One of the properties needed so much work, it was almost a teardown, and finally went to auction and REO. The other I listed and sold to an investor, and earned a wholesale fee.

I am having my first round robin auction Dec 1st. I will let you know how it goes.......but the first mistake I see on this one was this: you MUST auction good properties in a good location to get any money out of them!!! And have a LOT of Marketing!!! I will have a post about mine when its completed....but so far I have this one and have 3 others afterwards lined up! I am so busy right now my mind is spinning!!!
