I am the landlord looking to rent to two seperate roommates that will share a 2 bedroom condo.
I wanted to know if there are any specific legal terms that needed to be addressed.

I can see were it would be advantageous to let one or the other tenant leave and re-rent the room in a solid rental market.
When we rent to more than one unrelated adult occupant we use one lease and make all parties fully responsible for the rent and the deposit.
Maybe someone else has some more info...
