Hi,

I am contemplating attending the May 1-5 Ron Legrand seminar. It is $6k to attend. I have been an investor for 3 years and have done very well....however, markets are changing, my situation with partners have changed, and am heading out "solo".

Has anyone attended a seminar of his...or do you think I should just purchase the programs?

Does anyone know where I can get the program below the $2k price on his website? Ebay seem to have much inventory. Which is the best program?

    I bought a few of the counties for a couple 2-3 months, and never got anything emailed to me. Seemed a waste of time and money for me...

    I used realtytrac for a couple of months and it seemed like the data was OLD, weeks to even months.

    I only started receiving emails from them after I had discontinued my membership.
