Ron LeGrand Or Scott Rister?
Hello all,
I am trying to decide which wholesale course I want to purchase b/w the 2 gurus in question. I have heard a lot of good reviews from Scott's course and of course LeGrand. But I need to hear some of you guys' opinion from experience. So let's have it...Ron or Scott?? :-?

Yes, Scott Rister - or - Ron Legrand.
Both are excellent! Either will give you the basis for a good start. Who can say which one will be best for you? Neither is worth anything if you don't gain some knowledge, and then APPLY it.

I have purchased both and I preferably like Scott Rister. I feel his course goes into more detail about wholesaling than Ron LeGrand's. He has sections on negociating w/ both buyer and seller, absentee owners, purchasing w/ existing financing, and His Wholesale Communicator system (which is worth the price of the course itself).
