Ron LeGrand Home Course Student In ATL Seeking Advice
I’ am a beginning investor in the Atlanta area looking to do my first deal. I have been studying Ron LeGrand for sale by owner cash flow system, and have found it very useful. Due to my lack of experience it would be beneficial if I had some mentorship or guidance as to the first steps to take to get started with doing some deals using none of my money. Any and all suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.

Start reading all the postings and find out who sounds like a good teacher. And then contact them and see if they could offer there services for something in return.
