Robert Allen $0-100,000 In 1 Yr. FACT Or FIction
I'm a newbie that just received an email from Robert Allen. He's selling a course and some materials for $39. called Multiple Streams of Income. Has anyone ordered this course or heard first hand of any of these rags to riches success stories?

The worlds greatest seller of Books on how to make Millions of dollars. If this is so, and ohhh how I want to believe it. Why then did he go bankrupt in 1996?
The answer of course is obvious, he read his own book and took it seriously.
Mr. Allen, is a great promoter, Barnum would have loved him. I love him I find him highly amusing and I also read everything he has ever written. Including the poem in the 8th grade. His knowledge of meter is limited to putting a quarter in when he parks his car.His knowledge of Rhyme is a little better only because it sounds like Dime. Now that is something he can relate too.
My true field of study is PsyHistory. When you study the Mercantile Society you keep looking for what I used to call, The Keys to Achievement. No matter where I looked it kept coming back to the same thing. The Ability To Negotiate.
Learn that and you can achieve almost anything that you want. So learn it.

Lately, Mr. Allen has been an promoting internet based business that resells How To information and a MLM business for nutritional products. While creative real estate investing techniques may still be a staple in Mr. Allen's pantry, you may find that developing "Multiple Streams of Income" according to his methods involve investing in multiple lines of business that are unrelated to real estate.
I have not read the book, so I may be completely wrong, but this is the impression I have from the promotional literature I have received in the mail.
as far as 0-100,000 in a year. Definatly a goal that can be reached. His book may or may not help you, but it can definatly be done.

If you want his Multiple Streams of Income book you can download it for FREE, all 256 pages of it from his website.
Just put his name in the Yahoo Search engine and you will find it in a few moments.

he talks a good game but i have yet to find anything worth buying. I have one of his products and it is just basic information...nothing shy of a good $15 book and your local book store. hell, it's free at the library.
Don't waste your money on R.Allen's book, it is just a motivator to encourage you to buy more of his high priced books/courses.
All it tells you is that there are many ways to earn money, nothing to do with real estate!

If you really want to invest some money in a good book, get one of the books here on the TCI site.

IMO Robert Allen has some very good concepts and ideaologies. He's also a good motivator and promoter. However, it's mostly for informational purposes. His material doesn't really give you the nuts and bolts techniques of REI. He will show you at least 50 different ways to purchase RE with little or nothing down but with vague details. I'm not bashing Robert Allen, after attending one of his seminars..I was able to purchase my first Sub2 property. So with that said...you can learn a lot about creative RE from his material but you would have to go elsewhere to get the mechanics without spending a fortune for one of his bootcamps/seminars. Hope this helps.
Well it's nice to know that the book can be downloaded online as it definately has motivated me. However I did mulitple references to other sites that it costs to join etc. Perhaps a little OTT on the advertising. I'm New to this site. Isn't this a 30 days subscription and then you have to pay?
I'm from the UK trying to find a UK property investing forum? ANY ideas
Anyway I will let you know my full feedback on the book once i read it.
